Our therapists believe that coaching is not a one-size-fits-all approach. They use a variety of therapies, including feedback-informed treatment (FIT) and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). They also offer therapy for anxiety, perfectionism, and stress that provide effective strategies to build leadership skills and maintain work-life balance. Our clients can take advantage of our services in person or via teletherapy. When you contact our office for a free 15-minute call, we can help determine the best therapy for your needs. Your therapist may also use a combination of therapies for optimal recovery.

Most of our coaching sessions are about 45 minutes. Your therapist may adjust the length of your session depending on several factors.

In order to meet the optimal needs of our clients, we do not participate as an in-network provider for insurance coverage. Instead, we can offer exceptional services for our clients to meet their needs without insurance restrictions. However, we can provide a “super bill” statement, if requested, so you can submit it for reimbursement. Payments are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and process each payment through our secure online portal. Please contact us for any questions about our insurance policy or payment options.
