In other words, you will not have to guess how you are progressing in your therapy with us. And once you are in a better place, we take great pride in graduating our clients!
How to get started:
Step 1:
Schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
Step 2:
We’ll help match you with your ideal therapist.
Step 3:
You’ll complete an ‘in-take’ form that helps your therapist get to know you prior to your first session.
Step 4:
Start your therapy journey and enjoy the flexibility of either in-person or online sessions that easily fit your busy life.
